As a Director in the User Experience Practice, Paul Brown is responsible for supporting clients in the wireless and digital consumer industries in developing their user experience strategies. Paul’s areas of research include Smartphones, mobile operating systems, mobile accessories, mobile internet services, applications and media.

Having joined Strategy Analytics in 2005, Paul has undertaken thousands of hours of consumer research across the world, and has successfully lead multi-country projects for leading companies within the wireless industry.

Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, Paul worked as a Data Analyst for Anglia Examination Syndicate, Chichester College. Paul holds a BSc in Management Science and Statistics from the University of Wales, Swansea.
