Jóhanna joined Teligen in 2001, initially working on market research projects and competitor analysis; she is a skilled analyst and project manager. At Teligen, Jóhanna has managed and worked on projects for clients such as the UK regulator OFCOM, the European Commission and BT. Jóhanna set up and managed a large mobile services project that monitors the UK mobile market as well as working on bespoke client projects. Jóhanna is the co-author of the Tariff Outlook Premium newsletter and she works on the T-products and manages the broadband price benchmarking product T-Connect. A graduate of the University of Iceland in 1997, Jóhanna obtained an MA in European Integration from the University of Essex. She worked at Cambridge Management Consulting leading systems and process improvements projects, and undertaking market and company analysis. Jóhanna speaks English, German and the Scandinavian group of languages.
