Boston, MA - 13 November 2008 - The Strategy Analytics Wireless Device Lab report, " Promising Debut for Android as Google Adds Value to Mobile Experience," evaluates Google value added services available on the recently launched T-Mobile G1, the first mobile device to run on the Android operating system.

Users evaluated traditional mobile phone features such as PIM and messaging, as well as the one-click Google search option, Google Maps with Street View, a fully customizable touch home screen, Gmail and the Android Market.
