Integrating into Business Processes Remains Difficult
Boston, MA - July 7, 2009 – The Strategy Analytics Wireless Device Lab report, 'Device OEMs Focus on User Experience: The Devil is in the Details,' shows that while some cell phone manufacturers professed to always having a user-focused approach, others admitted that the Apple iPhone was 'a wake up call” to increase their focus on the user experience.
“In interviews with leading cell phone makers, Strategy Analytics found that this has caused some cell phone makers to restructure their organization,' commented Chris Schreiner, Senior User Experience Analyst at Strategy Analytics. 'Those that adapted more quickly continue to reap the benefits, while the others struggle to catch up.'
