Semiconductor Microelectronics Segment Poised for Strong 2011
New Products Demand from RFMD, Skyworks, TriQuint, Avago, Freescale and Cree
Boston, MA - March 3, 2011 – With consumer demand for sophisticated electronic devices sparking a surge in new product announcements, Strategy Analytics foresees 2011 growth for the microelectronics segment of the compound semiconductor industry. The recently published Strategy Analytics GaAs and Compound Semiconductor Technologies Service (GaAs) viewpoint, "Compound Semiconductor Industry Review December 2010: Microelectronics," captures the product, financial, contract and technology announcements for microelectronic companies such as RFMD, Skyworks Solutions, TriQuint Semiconductor, Avago Technologies, Freescale Semiconductor and Cree for December 2010.
