Kevin Li Jianyu, Analyst in the Global Automotive Practice, has more than 16 years’ experience in the telecommunication and wireless communication industries. Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, Kevin was the senior engineer and international cooperation coordinator for the Research Institute of China Unicom/China Netcom. Kevin has also held the position of software & test engineer for the Radio Regulatory Committee, which focused on the radio monitoring and direction finding of RF signals.

For the last two years Kevin has been senior R&D researcher of automotive and logistics at China Unicom, covering service & applications, technologies and business models of telematics and the connected vehicle. Kevin has comprehensive experience of international standard activities and industry association activities, he is active in the GSMA Connected Living Programme/ Vision 2020, TIAA(Telematics Industry Application Alliance) and Telematics @ China.

Kevin has a MS from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China.
