As an Associate in Strategy Analytics’ Global Consulting Practice, Ahmed supports the team in its effort to conduct primary and secondary research, analyze survey data, and deliver tactical and strategic advice to clients. He has a strong interest in emerging technology companies as well as acquisitions of ecosystem players and top technology companies.

Prior to joining Strategy Analytics Ahmed was an Assistant Economist at Regional Economic Models Inc, an Amherst MA / Washington DC based economic policy shop. During his tenure at REMI, he was responsible for technical and analytical support, developing new business in EMEA and co-authoring policy reports on topics ranging from immigration reform to the economic impact of public transit projects.

Ahmed holds a BBA in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, a BA in Economics from the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and a minor in Mathematics from the College of Natural Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Having received his Abitur in Egypt, he is also fluent in Arabic and German.
