As Senior Analyst for the Mobile Workforce Strategies service, Gina Luk analyses all aspects of the enterprise mobile and wireless ecosystem, from mobilizing line-of-business and communication applications, to wireless equipment & devices, and mobile enterprise and SMB value-added solutions.

Before joining Strategy Analytics, Gina was a Telecom consulting and research manager with AMI-Partners, where she leaded and managed multi-country Telecom consulting projects across multiple geographies. Gina’s key role was to develop various practice and program of Telecommunication market coverage, and led several research initiatives in the Telecom and Networking space. Prior to joining AMI, Gina was with Flextronics, a global provider of vertically integrated advanced design and EMS to OEMs, where she was in charge of Flex Infrastructure (Telecom) go-to-market strategy and many wireline & wireless projects with major telecom equipment vendors. She helped expand the company’s product mix in emerging markets (China, India & Brazil) and its strategic advisory engagements.

Gina also worked at IDC APAC Telecom team where she was the lead analyst of optical networking, mobile operators’ services and carrier equipment markets across the region. She was responsible for tracking, analyzing and forecasting the LAN, WLAN, WAN, and Managed Services markets. Gina received the IDC’s Quality Research Award for Optical networking research in 2007.

Gina holds an MBA and a Master of Commerce (Applied Finance) from the University of Queensland, Australia.
